Comfortable and spacious apartment that easily accommodated four of us without any issues. The elegant design and free Wi-Fi were definite highlights. The helpful receptionist provided us with information booklets on the city, which was a nice touch. the gym and on-site restaurant were convenient amenities.

The apartment had a heavy smoke smell, even though we had booked a non-smoking room. Changing rooms didn't fully solve the issue, as the second room still had a slight smoke smell.

It was very clean and we loved it that it was very quite, my one year kid slept really good there. And also that they showed us everything there how to use... Great staff that works there.

We cant say anything bad about it.. We loved it a lot. Next time when we come there we are going to stay there much longer.. The place is beautiful and it was very close to everything that we wanted to see. Free parking was very nice tow. Thank you for a great stay,,, Zagreb Rocks

Big appartement, nice and sentral

Aircondition only in ground floor, not in bedrooms = hot in nights.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is quite close to the city center, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. Nice apartment, with lots of space - location ok if you are driving

Not having ar conditioning in the rooms (uptairs) is a non sense in such a nice and new flat! If you leave the windows open is too noisy!!!!Also, people were smoking in the breakfast room, which is unaceptable for us!

The breakfast was very poor.The room price was quiet expencive and we expected to breakfast to be more the bread and coffie.

Great location close to the city. The apartment was well-maintained with modern furniture and clean bathrooms. The parking was free and secure, making it easy to get in and out quickly.

The kitchen was poorly equipped and there were no cooking utensils or pots for guests to use. There was also nowhere to hang clothes to dry.

The apartment was spacious, it could easilly acomodate three human beings, and was equipped with fully functional kitchen with built-in appliances, washing machine, airconditioning, flat screen tv, free wired internet access. What is amazing is that you feel like at home, since it is more like a private apartments complex than a hotel. Privacy offered is unprecedented. The personel was amazing, willing help and always smiling. Free parking is offered as well, although I did not use it.

What is a little annoying is the noise, since the hotel is situated on a busy highway, however, if you are a business traveler and spend most of the day in meetings it is not a big issue. Remember to bring with you shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast is poor with limited alternatives.

Nice spacious apartments, brand new and stylish, very comfortable. They are not in the city center, but in a nice residential location, there are many shops nereby.

Everithing was OK. Perhaps a little bit more kitchenware in the kitchen.

I chose the hotel becuase it was close to the place I had be on a training in Zagreb.However, its location is far from centre and one minus is that it is very noisy - close to a big bulevard even with closed windows you can hear the trafic.

I loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities. The parking was convenient with a garage below the building. The location was great, not far from the city center and close to a nice mall that had a great selection of stores for last minute shopping. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had a studio with a good kitchen, on the 7th floor with balcony, facing the mountains. It looked pretty new and was clean and comfortable and very quiet. Air-con was good. The reception is in a different part of the complex. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. A 10 minute walk away from the tram lines to downtown. Taxi to airport was around 180Kn despite being on other side of city.

If you need to cook there wasn't much cutlery, crockery or utensils but not a problem for us.

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was very large, could have accomodated another couple of people in the large living room.

There was only air conditioning in the living, none in the bedrooms. The kitchen was not very well equipped with utensils if one wanted to prepare dinner. The location is a 10 min walk from the nearest tram line and then a 40min tram ride to the city centre so it located on the edge of town beside a very busy and noisey motorway.
